This is dedicated to Travis Holappa who was kidnapped, tortured and murdered on July 25, 2004 in Northern Minnesota. This was all due to meth. I am Travis' mother and I wish to make this devastation turn into a better thing by educating and exposing the truth about meth, the dangers, and the deadly consequences it brings about to individuals and communities.

I want to do what I can to educate people about what is going on around the world with the meth problem. I want people to know about it BEFORE they even get the idea to want to try it. It is a dangerous drug and will ruin your life as well as all those who love you. I am on a mission on behalf of my only son, Travis.

Guilty Plea From Teacher Arrested In Meth Bust (Maryland)

(AP) BALTIMORE, Md. A federal judge in Baltimore has accepted a guilty plea from a former Howard County teacher arrested last September in a methamphetamine sting.

Thirty-five-year-old Timothy Hartlove was accused of accepting a pound of meth, worth about 50-thousand dollars, from a middleman working for federal agents. Hartlove pleaded guilty yesterday to conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of the drug.

Hartlove's lawyer says his client is an addict and didn't make any money from the drug deal.

Hartlove was fired as a social studies teacher at River Hill High School in Clarksville.

Once again, I have to ask, what is it with you naming people on your site. Why publize these people's already sad situations.

The reason we publize scum like TIM HARTLOVE and his "sad situations" is to learn not to be a looser like him!

Timothy Hartlove should be locked-up for life. He is typical Arbutus trash.

i went to school where he taught. i didn't have him as a teacher, but he was a nice guy. yeah, he did something really wrong (and he's going to pay for it in jail time), but its a bit harsh to say lock him up for life because he bought drugs. if that was the way the justice system worked, a HUGE chunk of the population would spend their entire lives in jail for smoking weed or sniffing coke back in the 80's. he did his crime and he's going to jail. but lets not say that he's trash and that he can't redeem himself someday. i wish him luck because he definitely alienated the entire school community with his actions. i hope he has some support somewhere...

yea I had him as a US History AP teacher. He was a nice guy, he'd always buy us donuts and food. Guess we know where his money comes from...

For a drug-dealer, he sure knew his history and he was very passionate about the subject. I guess people lead double lives. Sad...

Im glad your sons dead, at least hes out of his misery from having to deal with a piece of ignorant shit like you who clearly dont have the foggiest clue or knowledge of the drug world. Your son deserved what he got because he put himself in whatever situation he was in. So go fuck yourself because not everything you think you know or what you hear about someone, is always the truth. There are three sides to every story, yours theirs and the truth. Yours seems like its always better than theirs or you just like to make everyone else the problem instead of taking self accountability for your role in dear little johnny's death. The fact that you werent there for him because you worked to much or whatever the reason much kill you but dont make some blind vendetta against the world, make your vendetta against the people that tortured your son because guess what, meth didnt kill the little dipshit, people did! A human being killed your not so precious angel so deal with bringing those people to justice you moron.
