DEATH * BY * METH

This is dedicated to Travis Holappa who was kidnapped, tortured and murdered on July 25, 2004 in Northern Minnesota. This was all due to meth. I am Travis' mother and I wish to make this devastation turn into a better thing by educating and exposing the truth about meth, the dangers, and the deadly consequences it brings about to individuals and communities.

Conference on Meth in Ohio - Feb 24 (Ohio)

AKRON - The Summit County Community Partnership is sponsoring an all-day conference about methamphetamine use on Feb. 24 at Summa Health System's Ray C. Firestone auditorium, 55 Arch St.
The conference, sponsored in part by the Summit County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board, covers such issues as signs of addiction, cleanup of meth labs and abuse and neglect among children exposed to the addict or methamphetamine manufacture.
The conference fee is $79; a limited number of scholarships are available. Registration deadline is Friday.
